Course content

Learning Legal Aspects in Business discusses Legal & Community Relations and the Division of law; The aspects of the implementation of the agreement and things that violate the agreement and the imposition of responsibilities; Subject and Object of the Agreement; Elements of the agreement and the anatomy of the agreement of achievement and default, risk, overmacht, and ways of terminating the engagement.
