Course content |
This course provides an overview, describing basic theories, conceptual frameworks, to management and leadership in Social Entrepreneurship-based businesses on a national or global scale. Mastery of Social Entrepreneurship knowledge includes assessment of start-up strategies, raising funds, assessing risks, legal aspects, marketing ideas, and managing resources, development strategies (growth) to designing Social Entrepreneurship business models. |
